podcast, the first solo podcast of 2023. And man it feels good to have a solo

it feels good to just sit in this room by myself, look like

shit, and just get a chat alone. No pressure. Because I already do that.

Anybody, nothing.

No cameras, just me.

As you know, I've been on my death bed the last two weeks. Well, not really my death bed, but I've just looked horrible. My eyes were horrible. Still can't hear out of my left ear. You guys are sending me horror stories that I'm never going to hear again, which is terrifying me. But, so it just feels nice to just have a break and just be able to be alone for a second. So I'm excited to do this a solo podcast with you guys.

And I want to do a dumpster dive into my life because I feel like so many of you have no idea who the hell I am. I just kind of

showed up and you're like, who's this Josie girl? How does she get these people on her

show? How does she know these people? Is she from Utah? Is she Mormon? Is she not?

And I've done episodes where I've talked about certain parts of my life, but I've never

gone into full detail about who I am, where I'm from, all that jazz.

The only people who know that are like the people who know me.

And so for the, I don't know, 5,000 plus of you that don't know me,

I think this might be a good episode for you

to get to know who the hell I am.

So let's start from the beginning

like we do with every guest.
