Jesus was and is God.

Some think of Him as a prophet. We're just a great moral teacher.

Well, coming up today, Pastor Greg Laurie says that's missing the mark by a country mile.

When Jesus entered our world, God was not walking among us.

He breathed our air. He shared our pain.

He could not have identified with us anymore closely than He did.

Jesus became human without ceasing to be God.

This is the day when the lost are found.

This is the day for a moment again.

Amazing grace, God, we just know.

Again, you can't hold me at your feet now.

This is the day when life begins.

We could call the sun a source of warmth,

but that messes the enormity.

We could call a nuclear explosion a big flash of light,

but that says nothing of the phenomenal power.

So many times, people mess the enormity of who Jesus is.

He walked among us, but He created the universe.

He died, but He rose again.
