They have a discussion on how valuable Andrew Nembhard is for the Pacers, have a hard discussion about Jarace Walker, and share some of their overall takeaways from the preseason.

(22:49-35:03) – During last segment, Jake and Jimmy provide an update on who was in and held out of Colts practice today. They also welcome Jake’s girlfriend, Shannon, to the program to discuss their plans tonight for the Purdue game against the Oregon Ducks.

(35:03-41:15) – Hour number one concludes with Jake and Jimmy discussing the Miami Dolphins. They examine what could present a problem for the Colts defense when you look at the Dolphins offense on paper.

(41:15-1:06:03) – Former Indianapolis Colt wide receiver and returner, Clarence Verdin, joins Jake Query and Jimmy Cook as this week’s “Former Colt Friday” guest. Jake and Jimmy ask Clarence about his time in Indianapolis, if he still watches the Colts, how important Jim Irsay is to him, the first time he met Peyton Manning, what happened to his house when the Saints beat the Colts in the 2010 Super Bowl and look back on his playing career.

(1:06:03-1:17:08) – IndyStar’s Kyle Neddenriep joins Jake Query and Jimmy Cook for the final time during the regular season for high school football to preview some of the key games on the schedule. Additionally, Kyle starts identifying a couple of players that are on the watch list for Mr. Football.

(1:17:08-1:28:13) – Hour number two concludes with Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie discussing Jonathan Taylor being absent again. They wonder if Taylor would be playing if this game was a playoff game or a win or go home scenario.

(1:28:13-1:51:56) – Kevin Bowen from the Wake Up Call with KB & Andy makes his weekly appearance on the program to preview the Colts game against the Dolphins this weekend. KB highlights how different he feels this week compared to last week, assesses how much the Colts might use Anthony Richardson’s legs on Sunday, does believe there will be some boo birds on Sunday if Richardson struggles in the first half, and weighs in on the question from yesterday as to who we will know more about first between Jarace Walker and Anthony Richardson.

Today’s story features a Brownsburg high school girls soccer player using her determination to benefit her team. Plus, Jake recognizes a former Ben Davis Giant with ties to the station that went viral earlier this week.
