Happy Thanksgiving week.

Since coming out of the hospital, since being released from the hospital, here is a big

learning for me.

Something I've discovered.

Actually, I kind of knew it about myself, but it's been brought even further into the

light.

And that is that I hate, utterly disdain, with all my heart, physical therapy.

And I do not enjoy it.

It is not fun.

It's because it's not like going to the trainer going to the gym it's not like

you're doing bench press and curls or or squatch or something like that like they i think there's

like a part of it that's just to to humble you like to humiliate you because you're like balancing

and and so there's this thing that what he has me do is called dead bugs.

Like I don't know who came up with that, but that's so, and it's like, I'll show you.

So, you know, I'm on the ground and let's see, I got to look like this.

Okay, that's the dead bug part.

And then I got to go here and then here and then here, all while holding like a ball right there.

And what's crazy to me is he thinks that, you know, after he leaves, that I then, in preceding

days, are going to go into a room and do that by myself. Like, that's

going to happen. And I'm like, I tried to be upfront and clear. I'm like, hey, that's not going to
