0:37.1	Welcome, everybody. Happy day before Thanksgiving. I am in a different location. I am home for the holidays, so please excuse the sound. I had to travel with a smaller microphone and it's just not going to sound as good.
0:59.0	And I may be a bit discombobulated, but I will try to do my best. Very exciting stuff going on in this case.
1:08.3	For one, Donna showed up in court for the first time. Still,
1:16.3	didn't say much, but we got a much better look at her. Also, all sort of conversations
1:24.7	are going on around this case about Wendy.
1:30.6	So yesterday I talked about this mysterious and read some of it,
1:36.6	Reddit posts that said, Wendy, her book was terrible.
1:42.5	She was definitely heavily influenced by her mom.
1:47.4	The family hated Dan, but she didn't know anything about it.
1:53.5	And of course, we've seen Tim Jansen go on show after show saying she'll never be arrested.
2:02.7	Just like what Wendy said in court, I'll never be arrested in this case because there
2:11.1	isn't enough evidence against Wendy.
2:15.4	And I showed a great video from the Jibbers channel
2:19.7	that went through what it means for her immunity deal.
2:27.3	But it's not just the immunity deal and the Castigar issues.
2:39.8	It just seems to be in vogue right now to say,
2:44.6	Wendy can't be tried successfully in this case.
2:46.3	It's such a long shot. It's so against the odds that you would ever be convicted.
2:52.2	And I am not on board with that line of thinking.
