I've been blessed by the things brother Copeland has said about navigating every day life all these years. These things have become a touchstone

for me and I consider Brother Copeland my spiritual father. Oh, praise God. In the late 70s,

Brother Copeland's radio broadcast would come through my alarm clock radio while I was getting ready

for work. He caught my attention. I thought to myself,

who is this guy? I like him. At that time, I was married, but divorced nine years later. In the mid-80s,

my life was one of drinking, fighting, adultery. And one day I heard a voice that said, I was going to

die violent death due to my lifestyle.

I thought, I guess I better get right with God.

I remembered something, Brother Copeland said about getting back relationship with God.

Go back to the Bible and look at the last thing he showed you.

So I did.

And my understanding of the scriptures took off i bowed my knees to jesus

surrendered my life to him and committed to follow him for the rest of my days my new found

focus my life began to change god is good and i thank him for k-CM, DW, in California.

Praise God.
