Things you didn't know you needed to know today.

It's newsish with Gavin.

I want to report that I did in fact go out and about on Black Friday.

No, you did not. To shop? It wasn't to shop. I had to pick something up, but I went to this plaza with all these shopping centers. Yeah. And I went to a

non-busy store. Man, Target looked scary. Was it packed? It was packed. And I'm going to let you know

20 plus cop cars in the vicinity. Really? Well, you live in a rough part of town. I do not.

I hope it's an okay part of town. But so Black Friday, it's always been super popular to my memory.

But then it seemed like Cyber Monday, which is today, kind of weaseled its way in there for

stores and online businesses to, you know, make a little extra money.

But I personally think it's the greatest invention ever because you don't have to go out.

100%. Like I remember going out years ago. My wife and her mom would always go out.

I mean, they'd get up four in the morning. They'd go and they'd wait in long lines.

Sounds awful.

Because you were getting like deep discounts on things.

And I had, there was a TikTok floating around of somebody that was like at a Best Buy with like no one there and like hundreds of TVs.

And the caption was, apparently no one wants to fight the crowds to save $10 on a TV anymore because it wasn't that great a deal for a lot of places.

Well, yeah, in the past it was huge.

But nowadays, apparently, according to a poll, Cyber Monday is becoming a more popular shopping, quote-unquote, holiday than Black Friday.
