drink, grab something to write with, and let's talk about this. When you see a look at yourself in the mirror, who do you see? Is it the little girl that grew up searching for love and acceptance?

Is it the woman that people on social media think you are?

Is it the woman that you've always wanted to be and knew you'd become? Who exactly do you think you are?

Who do you see when you look in that mirror?

In life, most of us naturally identify ourselves with the things that we believe best explain, our personality, our behavior, and who other people say we are.

For example, if you're a mother and you're running around with messy hair and stained clothes and someone points it out to you, you might just justify it by saying, well, I'm a mom. This is mom life. You adopt your behavior based on what you identify yourself with.

Some people identify with their weight. They'll say things like, I'm a big girl and big girls do this. I'm a

plus-sized girl. This is a plus-sized lifestyle. And this becomes their identity

in how they speak, how they see their life, where they go, what they wear, and what they think they're capable

Or maybe you're very tall so you identify yourself with your height based on what people have said about you your entire life,

based on how they made you feel.

Maybe from a young age you were very tall and skinny and beautiful and people would tell you that

you're supposed to be a model you should be a model they're asking you all the time

if you were a model so you carry yourself with that model dignity and in the back of your mind you think I should be a model.
