Open up your Bibles to Romans 8.

Thank you, Lord.

Now, y'all probably never done this, but I've been in situations to where something

comes up suddenly, and I find myself trying to get

it worked out. I find myself trying to fix it, trying to find the answer, trying to do enough

to make it right. There's things that are going to come up in this life, right?

You know, a lot of people, they'd like things not to come up, but that's not going to happen.

Jesus said, in this world, going to be some tribulation.

But he said, be of good cheer, right?

Be courageous.

Right?

That's what he said.

Be courageous.

I've overcome the world. What's he's saying? He's

saying, I'm on your side. In other words, there's going to be tribulation, but you got me. You got

the word. You got, you got the father. You've got everything that it takes to overcome whatever's coming against you.

But if we take it on ourselves, you don't have everything it takes. Even if you get through it,

you left something behind. With God, when he takes care of something, he takes care of it.

When he shows you how to do something, he gives you the answer, not a answer.
