Morning everybody, welcome along Monday the 17th of July, and somebody's only just told me that on the 30th of this month, there's another bloody bike ride taking place, which inconveniences everybody except people who cycle.

Now, I don't want to moan about it, but frankly, it's bad enough

getting backwards and forwards in on a Sunday anyway without having roads close off, and it comes out

to Twickenham. I'm having a word with the local council about that one. Yes, lots of people looking

forward to watching it. I'm not. I just want to come into work, do my job, and then go home again. It's not complicated, is it? So what's everybody talking about this morning? Oh, Doctor Who? Dr. Who's going to be a woman? You know, very

excited. Who gives us stuff? I don't care. I don't watch the program anyway. But apparently

she's the first ever woman. Shock. And she's also shown as her bottom. Shock. And she's Doctor Who. I mean, you know, it is only a TV program. I hope you

all realise this. It's nothing particularly special. It's not, and also, she's been, she's been nude before.

I think she's had sex on the stairs in a, in a drama, you know, which is, it's fine. But frankly,

if you dig up everything in everybody's past, nobody'd be working anywhere at the moment. It's fine. But frankly, if you dig up everything in everybody's past, nobody'd be working anywhere at the moment. It's ridiculous. So it's a female Doctor Who, does it make any difference? As I say, I really couldn't care less. But people are up in arms over it. Oh, it's dreadful. It's dreadful. You know, shouldn't be right? You know, Doctor Who's a man. I suppose he can basically be anything, can't he? It's like, you know, should Father Christmas be white,

or should Father Christmas be black, or should Father Christmas be just about any colour?

You know, a Doctor Who is shape-changing, isn't he? Because I seem to remember going back to the early days when I did watch it, when I had Daleks and swamp creatures in, that at the end,

they would go, and all of a sudden he would then morph into the new

Doctor Who. So he, oh, it's called regeneration. It's called making a crap TV program. That's all

it is. And so he could basically regenerate into a computer screen if he wanted to, or a microphone,

or a bar of chocolate. And so a lot of people, I didn't realize

actually how many of them had been. 13. You could probably test yourself, couldn't you, this morning,

on how many you can remember. The first one I remember was, I could picture him, and there was a book

written about him. And he was, oh, God, what was his name now? But he was my favourite doctor.

He was the first one.
