Welcome to today's solo episode where we're going to talk about my personal trash,

pop culture, TikTok, TV, trash, and Trashers Trash.

What up, y'all? Can we just acknowledge the fact, sorry,

we're just bumping right into it. Can we acknowledge the fact that weekly trash is turning

four years old on Monday, May 4th, may the 4th be with you. I am turning four. I as in weekly trash, shocked,

happy, grateful, ecstatic, proud, emotional, relieved. I don't know, I'm feeling all the things,

okay? And I think there's a couple, not a couple. There are lots of new listeners within the last year.

And I think some people assume that, you know, I was just, you know, an Instagram girlie who decided to start podcasting, you know, a year ago or even sooner than that.

And that sounds the truth. That's not what happened. I was a nobody. Still am a nobody. We're all

nobodies. Okay. Get out of your head. We're all nobody's. Love that for us. But I was a mom.

Still I am a mom. But I did not think that this would be a career. I wanted it to be a career.

But it was mostly like, oh, this will be fun. We can laugh. I can turn this into a hobby, a way to express myself,

have that funny, vulgar, crazy Josie that I've always been my entire life and give it a spotlight.

And I just started. I started an Instagram zero followers, came up with weekly

trash and four years later, we're still kicking it. We're still kicking it. And I feel like we're

doing a pretty good job. I mean, in four years, I've been able to, you know, grow a community,

have parties, live shows, um, travel. I've been able to, you know,

give my family more financial freedom. Like, it's been a wild ride. And I'm so proud of

myself. But I'm also so grateful to all of you because I know this could be gone in a second.
