Summary

In the early 1990s, Michael Savage electrified the airwaves of San Francisco as he defied the radical progressives who governed the City by the Bay. Savage has become famous worldwide as THE CONSERVATIVE VOICE in the Bay Area. He reflects on his personal history with the city and how leftwing radicals transformed this paradise into a nightmare. He recalls the city's natural beauty and diverse population in the 1960s and 70s, but laments its devolution into what he now considers the "armpit of the empire." He describes his experiences living in the Italian-American Hotel and witnessing the onset of the AIDS epidemic, which brought sadness and darkness to the city. He argues that it was not a person but a mindset that killed San Francisco, as the city shifted from tolerance to ultra-tolerance in the 80s. He shares personal anecdotes, including witnessing public defecation and the loss of iconic restaurants, and expresses a deep emotional attachment to the city's connection to the bay and the water. He also mentions his writing career and the creation of his Jack Hatfield series, inspired by his experiences in San Francisco. With former SF District Attorney Kamala Harris vying for the White House, we can no longer ignore the progressive takeover of San Francisco... and America. Learn more about your ad choices.
