It's Wednesday.

That usually means it's interviewed day, but as we're getting toward the end of the year,

I tend to take a few weeks where I don't book interviews at all.

And on a week where I have a first Tuesday show with John and Nicole, like I did this week,

more likely than not that that's what I'm going to do.

And so today is just Jack Show, and we're going to do one of these lifestyle design

and self-improvement type shows today.

To me, that's very much a modern survival topic.

If we can improve ourselves, then we improve our place in life,

and we're more resilient and less brittle,

and therefore we are more likely to survive and even thrive.

So that's what we're going to be talking about today.

We're actually going to, I'm going to ask a very difficult question today,

and it'll make more sense when I get into exactly what I mean, but who are you becoming?

And are you happy with that?
