0:12.5	As we pulled our Discord, we talked to our diehards, ask them for topics for today's show, what they wanted to hear us talk about.
0:20.9	And we got a handful of topics that we'll get into on the day, Avalanche, or at least, you know, mostly hockey based.

0:38.0	The Aves do sign Jason Polin and Matt Steinberg to extensions one year deals each so they will be sticking in the organization

0:57.3	Steinberg does still have to serve a suspension at the NHL level at some point, so that's a bit amusing.
