Hey guys, it's Ashley and welcome to the Extra Dynamic podcast. I literally can't believe that I'm

finally recording this. This is my first podcast ever, as you guys can probably tell,

and I'm just like so excited to finally be starting this I've

always wanted to do a podcast I love to listen to podcasts um I was honestly like just out on a walk

I just came home took a shower and now I am nice like freshly showered why I already slipped up

on my words like five seconds in.

It's okay, though.

But yeah, I just want to have, like a nice raw podcast.

Like I was saying, just took a shower.

My second shower of the day, not to flex on you guys or anything, but I did take a shower this morning.

And then after my walk, I did take another body shower.

So I am exceptionally clean today and I'm just also

so excited, as I've said a million times, to start the podcast. So I hope that you guys are all

having an epic day or night or are just, you know, going about it as you should. I literally hear

Amber walking around. my siblings are in the

house with me so if they ever pop in then my dearest apologies but yeah amber you got to be

kidding me right now you basically just asked me to come in hi good I'm like so nervous right now. Help.

It's fine.
