Paul Stanley called in, which was really fun.

And, God, it seemed like everybody was down there. Maz was there at the bar with Kathy. I ate dinner with them. Dave Kinchin was there from Fox 2. They did a nice story. Adam Healthman. Roberto was there with his son Cameron. Hank Winchester was there. I know. Hank texted me. Give us great marks.

I can't wait to get down there.

But Hank texted me and he's like, I really like this place, especially because of this.

Oh, of course Hank would love Madonna.

Okay. Got to meet the bartenders and managers and looking forward to March Madness. Gene Simmons is coming in April 9th. And also there were some of the corporate rock and bruise people were there, which was kind of weird because when I got involved, I saw the renderings and it's like, oh, this is going to be so cool. And these guys are like, yeah, we spent too much at that Dallas location. We had, I think we put $2.6 billion into the buildup. And the ROI was just too low to make it work.

But this place that you guys have, you guys didn't invest, and it was like, I never thought about any of that stuff. Right. When I jumped, I just jumped in. Yeah. I'm excited to see it. Must be nice.
