I am actually going to start this show off a little fired up.

I'm going to take my mommy win-fail time to address something that somebody wrote me.

Look, if anything has, if anything in my life and the somewhat public eye has taught me is that I have to let things roll off my back. But I feel like when it comes to me and motherhood and, you know,

putting myself out there, look, Jen and I, to put ourselves out there and our personal lives and our stories with our kids takes a lot of courage, I want to start saying. It takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable.

I've clearly been watching a lot of Brunei Brown.

But it does, and especially to share things about being a parent.

And the reason we started this podcast is to be honest and open about the hardships of parenting.
