Summary

What’s the secret to having an engaged and productive team? It’s having a plan for developing all employees, no matter where they are on their personal learning curves. Whitney Johnson is an expert in this field and built her ideas of constructing a proficient team off her ideas of how to “disrupt yourself” from a more personal level.

Whitney Johnson was named one of the world’s fifty most influential management thinkers by Thinkers50in 2017. She is the author of the bestselling Build an A Team. She was the co-founder of the Disruptive Innovation Fund with Harvard’s Clayton Christensen and was an award-winning Wall Street analyst.
