Summary

There were no guilty verdicts for four men accused of planning the kidnapping of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020. The men argued that they were enticed into planning the kidnapping plot by a dozen FBI informants. The report details investigations into "human observers by anomalous advanced aerospace systems."
