It is amazing to me that I can't lift it, but I used to carry it around every day.

I was always a chubby kid, so I was all about every diet Oprah introduced us to.

There was the South Beach Diet, her Make the Connection Book, which I still love by the way,

and her best life diet.

There were so many, and I was about all of them. But 30 years later, I really

thought we would have moved beyond talks about weight loss methods. And yet, I love bread.

I love bread.

I now just manage it.
