Favors back to post nine of the New York Stock Exchange. Future is solid to start an important week

of inflation data, PPI Wednesday, CPI Thursday, as the market looks ahead to a rate decision

next week. Yields mostly lower, 10-year 406. Our roadmap begins with tariff warnings. The Secretary

of the Treasury saying if the Supreme Court voids Trump tariffs, it could spell trouble for the

Treasury. Plus AI bubble fears and Viti is notching what is a four-week losing streak, while some

data, and it's only some, suggest companies may be scaling back some of their plans

for the use of AI.

Also keeping an eye on shares of Echo Star, they are surging ahead of the open.

This on this big spectrum deal with SpaceX's Starlink.

Let's begin, though, with the White House's economic agenda ahead of next week's Fed meeting.

This is what the Treasury Secretary had to say yesterday on Meet the Press about the legal battle over tariffs.

I am confident that we will win at the Supreme Court, but there are numerous other avenues

that we can take.

They diminish President Trump's negotiating position, but there are numerous in terms of, and
