Not just bridges and roads and tunnels, but also things like modernizing public transit,

It's not a plan that tinkers around the edges. It's a once-in-a-generation investment.

The expected price tag is $2 trillion over eight years, with the White House arguing it can offset those costs by making changes to the corporate tax code.
