They have busted another fraudster, they say, a guy named Alexander Sufer,

who stole $23 million of your tax money.

And I know it's really going to be upsetting.

So brace yourself.

He ran a fake homeless nonprofit and spent the money on a $7 million Westwood mansion, luxury vacations, a luxury car, and private school for the kids. Yes,

$23 million of your money. And he had no food and never paid the motel bills for the vagrants that he claimed to house.

So we'll go through that because there's been several chapters added since this morning's press conference.

We go now to Royal Oaks, ABC News Legal Analyst.

And I think about half the time Royal comes on, it's because there's another lawsuit or investigation into something Trump did.

And, you know, he's trying to build the ballroom. That's supposed to be $400 million, but it's not tax money.

It's private donations. But he's still being brought into court. A federal judge named Richard Leon wanted Justice Department lawyers to say,

what authority allows the president to start a construction project at the White House.
