On today's Whiskey, we're looking at Knob Creek Quarter Oak.

Now this one has a little bit of a story to it.

So with this one, it is the newest limited edition release that's coming to the Knob Creek line.

And to create a quarter cask, what it's doing is that it's aging their standard Knob Creek

for a minimum of four years in a quarter casks.

Now, a quarter cask is what we would know is a smaller barrel.

So in this instance, it's a 13-gallon barrel versus your standard 53-gallon whiskey barrel.

And then a small amount of that barrel, that quarter-cask is aged,

or sorry, blended back with the standard Knob Creek barrel to then create the final product.
