All right, everyone, we're back with another whiskey quickie, and today we're taking a look at

first ever time we've done Dancing Goat Distillery.

So this is a distillery that's based out of Cambridge, Wisconsin, but on their website, and

you can go and check it out, they have a huge array of sourced whiskey, and they are very

proud about it, and that's what they talk about it.

And so this is their third release, and this is called, I say that because it's called

the quirky and humble blend.

And so this is a seven-year Indiana straight bourbon, which, of course, you all know, squib juice.

However, this is uniquely aged in what's called quarkus humboldi.

Oh, that's why it's called quarky.

Quirkie.

Quarkis. Gotirk. The corcus.

Got it.
