0:53.7	Hey everybody, welcome back. It's another whiskey quickie. And today we are going to be reviewing Barts Town Bourbon Company's Discovery Series number 11. Discos. I always feel like getting a ball out and throwing my John Travolta out. I kind of like the abbreviation of disco. I do too. I don't know if it was
1:13.9	the bourbon junkies that made it or somebody else, but I love, I love the name, though.
1:18.9	I do too. Yeah. And discoveries are always fun because typically they're mostly like all their
1:24.2	sourced up, but I think this one's like their first. Go get in the notes. I don't
1:27.6	want to steal your time. Oh my gosh. You were just teaming up there. Just keep throwing me softballs here.
1:32.2	Yeah, it sets you up. So this is the first time since disco number four that the series has
1:37.1	featured all Kentucky bourbons. So they used their bottled and bond recipe from the new origin series. Ooh, I read a bourbons good. Mm-hmm.
1:44.9	And they wanted to explore a different take so the whiskey was aged its entire life in French
1:49.2	oak as opposed to traditional American oak.
1:52.2	And then it was, of course, blended with two other Kentucky bourbons.
