Summary
Homeland Security that climate change was the biggest threat,
Al Qaeda was calling on terrorists to attack us! Ayman al-Zawahiri,
who took over the reins of Al Qaeda after Osama bin Laden was killed,
chose the anniversary of their attack to call on Muslims to attack U.S.,
European, Israeli and Russian targets in a rousing speech released on
video.
Each year, our ’Terrorism Denial’ pushes events commemorating the
anniversary of September 11th further underground. This year, the
New York Times pushed the envelope even further, sanitizing the day
by writing that “airplanes” brought down the World Trade Center, not
Radical Islamists or Jihadists. Hear why 'Terrorism Denial' and
diminishing the significance of 9/11 is bad for your mental and physical
health and the security of America.
An especially sad sign of the increasing efforts to forget 9/11 is the fact
that no TV outlets covered the entire reading of the names of those who
perished, at the Ground Zero ceremony, as they did in the past. This
was especially unfortunate since most people missed a highlight:
Nicholas Haros, Jr., who lost his mother in the WTC attack, while he
was reading names, took the opportunity to chastise Ilhan Omar by
recounting, “who did what to whom….!"
