The White House reportedly ignored warnings that health insurance exchanges in 36 states were not ready to go online the 1st of October. But insurance companies, state health officials, and others

turned out to be right. Applicants in many places are still being walked out by technical glitches.

The White House blames unexpected volume, but it's not reporting numbers of how many have tried to enroll, successfully or otherwise.

Will frustrated consumers go back to health care.gov?

What about the young, healthy, and Internet savvy so crucial to making the program work?
