Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of Purple Insider, Matthew Collar, here for, oh, a solo Thursday night chat.

Yes, I will miss Mani Hill throughout the off season.

We'll check in with him from time to time, but we'll still be going live Mondays and Thursdays for the most part, as we always do.

And the NFL Combine coming up, I'll be there, the owners meetings, the draft, we got all

sorts of things that are on the way.

So, of course, can't step away from the mic for that.

But I will need audience participation along the way.

So questions, comments, thoughts, offseason hot takes. The Vikings have so

much going on on their roster and so many questions to be answered that there will be no

shortage of things for us to talk about. I was just watching today an interview with Kevin

O'Connell with Dan Patrick.

And of course, Dan Patrick said, so what are you doing at quarterback?

And Kevin O'Connell gave his answer that he could read off of a script at this point

about how they're just starting to go through this with everybody involved.

And there's agents and there's the front office and there's lots of things that they're going to have to consider before they make the Sam Darnold decision.

And we will go along for that ride.

And I have tried to say on the show, and it's just my suggestion that when you see Kevin O'Connell interviews come up, and I'm sure there will be a lot

more at the combine and the decision won't be made till then, because it's not until after the

combine that we have the franchise tag deadline. So they're probably going to run that up all the way
