Welcome, everyone to the score fantasy football podcast. I'm your host, Justin Boone,

the lead fantasy analyst at The Score. So we are a few weeks removed from the NFL draft.

And now we've gotten a chance to see most of the rookies take part in rookie minicamps,

get to see them with their new teams, which is exciting.

And at this point, everything being tossed around is through rose-colored glasses, right?

The comments are almost all positive and hopeful. So you kind of have to weed through them a little bit to find out what actually matters.

To find out the information that we could take away from these sessions.

That's what I want to do today.

Run through some of the takeaways from the rookie mini camps.

We won't talk about every player, but a lot of the top guys stood out as well as a few of the unknown players that are trying to make a name for themselves here.

they got you covered all right so we saw these rookie mini camps take place over the last two weeks

and let's start with the players who have the best chance here of making a fantasy

impact in year one. That's the running backs. Josh Jacobs is going to be the guy who I think's

taken number one in most rookie dynasty drafts. I think he's going to be the most valuable rookie

in redraft as well. Everything is lining up for him to see a major workload in year one. John Gruden promised

that after they drafted him. Then we had Isaiah Crowell getting placed on IR. That doesn't

change much though since the team decided to bring back Doug Martin. But Jacobs is the man

in that backfield and he's going to be given every opportunity to handle a three-down

workload. Nothing really exciting happened during mini camp, but it's good to see the team

continuing to push towards him having a major role as a rookie. One guy who stock, I think,
