just feel a little on the nervous side and secure about something.

The average American feels insecure five times a day, five times speaking in front of large

groups.

That's like major number one, not being properly prepared for something, whatever to try

on a new dating app.

There are going to be about five times they say on average that you're going to feel

anxiety during the day.

So yesterday we took the homework assignment of putting together an anxiety log.

So anytime we felt nervous yesterday or felt anxious about a situation, how many were

there over the course of the last 24 hours and what brought them on?

I wouldn't mind going first and talking about how anxious I am because I actually I

did better than I thought I was going to do.

I think yesterday I said that I thought I would have 15 different experiences where

I felt anxious and I cut it in half.

I had seven instances yesterday where I could tangibly say I experienced anxiety and I decided

to rank them.

I'll go from least anxious to most anxious.

And so the least anxious I felt yesterday was I put off some emails that I knew I should

have responded to and it's that thing where it's like it's going to take me five seconds
