Haza! Yes, it's that time of the month when we get one of the best indicators of the health of the U.S. economy.

How many jobs are being created? Today, the Bureau of Labor Statistics says 115,000 jobs

are added in April. The unemployment rate stayed at 4.3%. And in these uncertain times, it's

helpful to drill deeper into specific industries, like the

information industry, which includes tech and media.

The information industry lost 13,000 jobs.

Healthcare and social assistance, on the other hand, gained 54,000 jobs.

All right.

So that is the last month.

But people thinking about new careers want to know what the future holds for those jobs, maybe like 10 years into the future.

Well, they would be in luck because the Bureau of Labor Statistics has another report that weighs in on just that.

It started several decades ago,

and it's called the Occupational Outlook Handbook.
