Welcome to the Boostle podcast where we give hosts all over the world the tools,

0:03.2

the tactics, the training and the confidence to increase their direct

0:06.5

bookings. And today I wanted to tap into the hotels versus Airbnb sort of

0:11.4

thing that's flying around on social media at the moment. When you get into

0:14.6

this industry and you're in a short-term rental business, maybe you pick up

1:08.0

this and because of traditional hotels becoming outdated, maybe there's not

1:13.4

enough young people coming into the industry. And it just means that there's

1:15.6

a lot of owners right now that are just tired and want to sell. And people

1:19.3

with the systems and the structures in place that know how to run a very
