| 0:00.0 | Welcome, everyone to the score fantasy football podcast. I'm your host, Justin Boone. |
| 0:18.3 | Appreciate you tuning in today. I think you're going to be happy that you did because today is our offseason injury episode. I normally like to do this at least once a year before the season starts to go over some of the players who are rehabbing to see where they're at, to see what we can expect from them this season. And I've spent a lot of time trying to figure this stuff |
| 0:37.7 | out myself trying to figure out what it means for fantasy but I'm honest I am not |
| 0:42.5 | an injury expert so fortunately we have somebody joining us today who is it's |
| 0:47.6 | dr. Edwin Porras of fantasy points.com that's the new site they just launched |
| 0:52.6 | with some outstanding analysts like Scott Barrett, like Graham Barfield, among others. |
| 0:58.0 | And they wisely signed Dr. Porras, who has been killing it with his analysis, especially on Twitter. |
| 1:03.9 | You could find him at FB injury doc. |
| 1:06.7 | Dr. Porras, appreciate you being here. |

| 1:29.7 | He had all those lower body issues, the ankle stuff, dating back to college. |
| 1:33.9 | And you start to think there's just no way he can stay on the field for a full season. |
| 1:38.2 | And so I shied away from him last year. |
| 1:41.2 | I just couldn't project him for a full slate of games. Normally |
| 1:44.6 | when I'm doing my projections for running backs, it only works out to about 14 or 15 games |
| 1:48.8 | depending on the guy. But with Fournette, I didn't feel like I could trust him for that. |
| 1:53.1 | And then he actually holds up last year. He played 15 games, but he got a huge workload. |
| 1:57.8 | I mean, going back a little further, I remember somebody like Matthew Stafford was seen |
| 2:01.8 | as injury prone because he missed 19 games over his first two seasons. And then he rattles off |
| 2:06.6 | eight straight years where he doesn't miss a game at all. I know he heard his back last year. |
| 2:11.3 | We'll talk about that in a bit. But I want you to let everybody know just where you stand when |
