calling coffee break. Each coffee break segment will cover a single topic related to

0:28.5

miles and points. And each coffee break is limited to 20 minutes or your money back.

0:33.8

Enjoy. Today's coffee break. Which hotel program is most rewarding for paid stays?

0:42.3

Now, we like to use our points and free night certificates for stays, but we know some people out there and occasionally book paid stays.

0:51.3

And to be honest, we do too every now and then. And so we took a look at,

0:57.4

we did a deep dive and looked at which ones offer the most like points and the most rewarding

1:02.6

points for paid stays. And we're going to cover that today. Yeah. In fact, I just wrapped up a paid

1:45.7

So I mean, this one might be three or six or nine or 12 or 15.

1:49.0

How do you even compare apples to oranges in a fair way?

1:52.8

Yeah, that's a great question because the points are not equal.

1:56.4

2:01.6

commonality in the first letter of the names, the points are very, very different in value.

2:09.6

We see Hyatt points being worth at least three times Hilton points on average.

2:16.6

And so you have to take that into account. And the way we do that,

2:21.2

we have these values that we call reasonable redemption values. And basically, we look at the different

2:26.7

hotel chains, look at a number of stays in the United States. And we do that because most people redeem their points in the United
