You know, with all the stuff going on, the magic of Trevor Zegris, the controversy

over Matt Faye Mishkov's usage, the emergence of guys like Noah Kates and Bobby Brink, we haven't spent a ton of time talking about the fourth line, Charlie.

On this fourth line, we seem to have a little bit of a rotation going.

We've got Jacob Gosey in there.

Rodrigo Abbles has come out of the lineup a little bit.

Maybe he plays wing with Gosey when Deloree doesn't play.

Whatever the combinations, however, this line is yet to record a point this year.

Garnet Hathaway, Rodrigo Abbles, Jacob Gosey, and Nick Deloree, and we can throw Jet

Luchenko from when he was in there, all have combined for zero points.

Nikita Grebenkin, who spent a decent amount of time on the

fourth line, does have three. All of them have come with other guys on the ice. This line

has produced absolutely nothing. Now, it's not crazy when your fourth line isn't very productive,

but they've been non-productive entirely.

They've done absolutely nothing in terms of putting a goal in the net through 13 games.

Do you think it's time to maybe give Alex bump or even an AHL vet a chance on this fourth

line just to give it a little bit of a boost to get something. Like you're seeing these guys, they're averaging all between 704 and 844 at 5 on 5. The coach isn't putting them out there a ton, and when they are out there, they're not producing. Do you think they could boost this up a little with some talent from the AHL? Well, there's some options. If you're looking at the fourth line, like

when everybody's healthy, presumably Grubankin's going to be on the fourth line, presumably, because they're not going to bump the Vorac down given the amount of minutes they're giving him, and he was really the only guy in that top nine. You're like, maybe they could bump him down and have Grubankin in there. So when Forrester comes back, which it seems like is going to happen as soon as not this weekend, but next weekend. That's what people have been saying. They're probably going to have Grubanking in that one spot. So that's one spot taken. Then you've got Garnett Hathaway, who, yes, he doesn't have a point yet this year, but he has a long track record of being an effective fourth liner. He is a guy who is going to be in the lineup.
