West going on everybody, it's GG, it's Monday, August 30th and just wanted to

hop on and give you a little bit of an update. It's been largely quiet for

us for the last couple of weeks on here and the reason for that is fruit

loop got hit with the COVID bus two weeks ago and I got hit last week. It has

been a struggle but overall we've done as good as we can and definitely not as

bad as a lot of people are getting so we're grateful for that but nonetheless we

have not felt like doing this at all and she's been quarantining at her house

I've been at my house so we literally haven't had the chance to meet up in

the studio and speaking of which we are thinking that going forward this

podcast is going to be done remotely for the most part just because of life

my kids are back in school for the first time since March well when they get to

go back after this quarantine and so a lot of things are just a little bit

different so we're going to adapt and I think the good thing about doing this

remotely is it's going to actually give us more opportunities to put content

out because it's easier not to have to find a schedule that works for the

both of us to be here and do this so look for a lot more little mini episodes

that that we're going to put out as news breaks and then we'll always have our

one or two a week of our full episodes but we're just trying to adapt and

still move the podcast forward and we're really excited about the ideas that

we've been bouncing around since we've both been sick and bored so a couple of

updates at three o'clock Idaho time five o'clock Eastern today Lori has a

status conference we assume this is about her competency issue we will see what
