0:50.3	I'm good. Great to have you guys here. And it's really, I want to dig into like how you even
0:55.9	got started even before you were realtors. You're 25, you're doing multifamily deals. But
1:00.9	even before that, what, what age did you guys become realtors? I became realtor at 22.
1:07.1	Okay. Yeah. To me at 21, we actually, I went to school at Baylor University down in Texas and he went to University of Idaho,
1:14.6	so we first got our college education first and then decided to get into the business.
1:18.6	Did you go to school for real estate?
1:21.6	I didn't.
1:22.6	I got a degree in finance and marketing and then I had the ambition to go start a tech company,
