Okay, hi everyone and welcome to episode 27. And today we're talking about where to look for vintage

and deadstock fabric. So recently we had a really active thread on the seamwork community about

this, and there were a ton of resources and ideas that were posted there. So we wanted to talk

today about what deadstock fabric really is and round up a few of those resources that came out

of that discussion. So we'll put a link to the whole thread in the show notes. So if you're

a seamwork member, you'll be able to check it out. But we're going to cover some of the benefits and

drawbacks of three different kinds of fabric, deadstock, vintage, and secondhand. And we'll

give a bunch of resources for finding these kinds of fabric, either online or locally. So I mentioned there's this thread in the community,

and I believe the title is, what are your favorite sources for vintage and deadstock fabric in

person and online? So that's a big subject. And there are, oh my gosh, there are so many great

recommendations in there. No matter where you are in the world, there's like tons of recommendations in there.
