So this huge carnival flash fair that takes place every year in my small town in northern Florida.

It's pretty cool.

And it's a real big deal.

And people travel from other states to attend it.

It's called the Shrimp Festival. Takes place first week of May every year.

Of course there's shrimp everywhere. I mean any type of shrimp including everyone that guy from Forrest Gump mentioned can be

bored of this festival everything it's kind of crazy. It's also very big in arts and

crafts some of the paintings can fetch over $5,000.

Which by the way, if you ever spend more than $2,000 on any painting,

there's really just one thing you need to know.

And this is, if you're buying the painting as an investment, if you love it and you're know and this is if you buy the painting as

investment if you love it and you like this is great it's fine but if you're

buying it as an investment there's only one thing that you need to know before you buy

something like that it's when that artist is going to die. I'm not being here. It's just a fact.

You can go back in history, Van Go, when they didn't sell a painting when they were alive.

Yet their paintings are what, almost priceless today.
