end of the year edition if you will. I'm Matt Copernifer. This right here is

David Hanson.

David, we're going to run down the best and worst performers or some of the best and worst performers

in the financial sector for 2013. Kick us off. What do we got as a top performer to start us?

To start off, they've been a top performer in 2013, also top performer in 2012, and

forever.

2011, forever.

And that's MasterCard.

This company has been unbelievable since it's gone public from a stock perspective and also just a business perspective.

We recently saw them up the dividend, over 80% increase in the dividend, more share buybacks, a little

bit hesitant on the share buybacks because stocks on an all-time high, but it's

always at an all-time high almost. The business continues to do well. I'm not a shareholder of MasterCard. I still

think that it looks pricey and I think there are some hurdles and maybe some disruptive

forces going on out there. But it's had an unbelievable 2013 from a business and stock perspective.

We've gone here many times before but are you buying Mastercard or Visa going into 2014?

I would take Visa but I've convinced you on it, but I don't, but I don't think I'm taking either of them.

It's just a personal thing.

I don't know if I'm interested.
