as we try to pour through it, give you the most up-to-date news and analysis on these stocks.

Speaking about news though, we should touch on I guess the big

headline that I saw you know Eli Lilly and Takeda lost a lawsuit they were hit

with nine billion dollars in punitive damages over

actos which is to Cada's drug to cada bore the brunt of that right turns out on

appeal not really as bad for those two companies.

It's been knocked from 9 billion down to 36.8 million,

which is like a 99% reduction.

99.6% actually rounds up to 100.

Actually, Takeda said it's not good enough and they are going to...

Really?

Yeah, they said it's not good enough, we're still going to appeal.

And I'm just like okay I don't I don't even

know what to say about that it was about 8,000 cases here in the US something like that

it'll be interesting to follow the bulk of that still I believe falls on to Kata but
