Wall Street Journal, CEO out as Dutch Bank reaches a billion dollar Libor settlement. This is continuing the

Libor investigations. This is the fine with the fine to Rabobank and then there's a deferred prosecution agreement with the US.

So this now...

Meaning that they're not going to be charged criminally and stuff, correct?

If they keep, if they get themselves in order, if they stay out of trouble.

But they join Barclays, UBS, and Royal Bank of Scotland that have settled so far.
