You know, folks been worried about interest rate increases for years.

Let's talk about some kind of your major areas of debt, you know, mortgages, student loans,

Well, you know, it's funny, Michael, because interest rates fell so, so low,

and yet it's surprising just how many people actually never got around to

refinancing their mortgages even when rates went to those historic lows a few

years ago. I mean think about the Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago sought out an offer and helped basically

to people who would be able to benefit from a refi and who would be able to actually get one.

And only 17% of people, even with that extra help actually ended up doing it.
