Compared to July they're down as I said 1.8 percent and compared to August of 2013 they

a lot of angst that was built up that they're saying that this new news

came out and it caused talks to go down. But really volatility like this is much

ado about nothing and it's something that we should expect in the housing market right now.

So the two fundamental things that we do know that really should be driving how you think about

Our first, that housing affordability is still really high and that's a result of low interest
