| 0:33.0 | I think there are two different scenarios so one is a work situation that is |
| 0:39.2 | fixable and then there's the work situation that needs to be replaced. |

| 0:46.0 | The first is really just scheduling a regular 80-20 analysis. |

| 0:51.3 | So every say two to four weeks, I will sit down and I will ask |
| 0:55.8 | what are the 20% of say activities and people that are producing 80% of the results that I want, |

| 1:05.6 | And then conversely, what are the 20% of activities |
| 1:07.8 | and people are consuming 80% of my time |
| 1:11.2 | producing 80% of the headache, the anxiety, self-flagellation, all of that. |
| 1:17.5 | And you can very quickly create a to-do list and a not-to-do list based on that. |
| 1:21.5 | But making the time and scheduling the time to take a step back |
| 1:24.6 | and do the 80-20 analysis I think is first and foremost a powerful tool. |
