The January 6 House Commission has been doing all of the heavy lifting to get to the bottom of the January 6th insurrection. Over 500 interviews, thousands of documents, countless subpoenas and now a recommendation on criminal charges for Trump's attorney John Eastman and the former twice impeached president. And yet, we have heard nothing but crickets from Merrick Garland's Department of Justice. With 8 months until midterms Waj and Danielle wonder whether or not AG Merrick Garland is up to the job.
