We'd like to get right into it, and what we're going to talk about today is where the

Republican 2024 presidential race stands right now, right at this moment, could be in

a different place tomorrow, but right now.

We've had a few weeks now of a multi-canadet race for the presidential nomination.

It's not where it's eventually going to be.

They're going to be new candidates undoubtedly joining the race in coming weeks, maybe coming

months.

But there is now more frequent polling than there was a few months ago, and it is possible

to get an idea of the contours of the race as it stands at the moment.

And polling is always, polling is not, doesn't tell you who's going to win.

It just tells you where the race is at this moment.

It could be in a completely different place, two months from now.

But at this moment, now, calling it a multi-canadet race sounds a little bit grand.

Right now, all you have is a former president, Donald Trump.

You have the former South Carolina governor and the former UN ambassador, Nikki Haley.

They're the only declared candidates.

Now, there is also the entrepreneur and the anti-woke campaigner, Vivek Ramaswami, who

is also in the race, who is in the asterisk category when it comes to support.

But there he is.

So that's the multi-canadet race.

But obviously, Ron DeSanis, governor of Florida, he's not formally declared.
