Over the last few years, there has been a lot of hype around training camps and for good

reason. You put a high level athlete in an environment with other high level athletes,

with elite coaches,

and it should be a recipe for success. But looking at the elite men and women's leaderboards from this year's games, five of the six athletes on the podium are not from a training camp.

So does an athlete's programming and environment dictate who ultimately wins the CrossFit games. And if so,

by how much? We will start this round with Chase Ingram. All right. Simple answer is the same

way I look at programming in an affiliate or other entities around the space. And the answer is,
