This is the distraction pieces podcast episode 386

Yeah, episode 386 and part four of the Where's Your Head at series. For the

entire month of May I'm going to be talking to people about how the pandemic has

impacted their mental health and how they feel as we start to come out the

ever end of this. This week in particular it's mental health awareness week.
